Our machining processes include drilling, deep hole drilling, tapping, turning and milling. With these processes, we can produce precise and customized components and assemblies. In the field of non-cutting forming, we are able to perform folding, bending, tube bending and cutting processes such as cutting, punching, piercing and sawing. Our expertise in these processes enables us to maximize production efficiency while meeting the highest quality standards. In the field of thermal cutting processes, we offer various welding processes such as gas shielded arc welding, tungsten inert gas welding (TIG), metal active gas welding (MAG) and other fusion welding processes. In addition, we also offer stud welding. To ensure that our welds meet the highest quality standards, we perform extensive post-treatment, including mechanical and chemical post-treatment. We are also experienced in mechanical surface treatment and offer a wide range of processes such as glass bead blasting, plaster grinding, pre-grinding, fine grinding, brushing, polishing, mirror polishing and much more. In the field of chemical surface treatment we offer pickling and passivation, electropolishing and painting. We ensure that our processes meet the highest quality standards and that we always achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
